Can you believe it??? Month TEN! We’re almost done with our fun little quilt-a-long! This month’s assignment was to put the quilt top together and finish the last two corners. I kept up — even though I had a ton of stuff to do this month. Here’s my proof — the quilt top all together (please ignore the funny wrinkles — it’s on my temporary little quilt wall and it’s tough to get anything straight on it):
I noticed that Gina put her initials on her original quilt, so I decided to do the same on my quilt.
I also decided to add the year in the other corner.
And the cookie of the month? We haven’t had Chocolate Chip yet and it’s a classic. Plus, I’m still on vacation, and this is the perfect cookie to bake up and take on a Roadtrip!
Ok — back to the mountains — be home soon!
XOXO,
Anna

Absolutely gorgeous and I love the addition of appliquéd year and initials right on the front…many vintage/antique quilts have the same and I think it’s awesome.

So, so pretty! I really need to put some time into practicing hand applique— it makes the most beautiful quilts.

Been following along on Instagram! Glad you are having a ball. I love the lavender gingham in the doll quilt too Anna. This quilt is so awesome and I love the touch of your initials. I shall have to remember that the next time I undertake a huge applique quilt (like the 12th of never)
